A Bordeaux actress who graduated from the Conservatory of Dramatic Art in Paris, she took her first steps on the big screen in 2004 with Philippe Garrel’s film, Les Amants réguliers.
She played her first role in Meurtrières by Patrick Grandperret, selected for Un Certain Regard in 2006 and winner of the jury president’s prize.
She then played in 2006, the Queen’s personal assistant in the film Marie-Antoinette by Sofia Coppola before making appearances in the works of Alfred Lot, Emmanuel Salinger and Clint Eastwood.
She will also work alongside Isabelle Adjani, Mathieu Kassovitz and Jean Dujardin.
In 2011, her roles in Un été brûlant by Philippe Garrel and L’Apollonide – souvenirs de la maison close, directed by Bertrand Bonello, earned her a César nomination for 2012 for best female hope as well as the Romy Schneider Prize in 2013.
In May 2016, she was a member of the Un certain Regard jury at the 69th Cannes Film Festival.
For the past three years, we have been able to find her in front of the camera of André Téchiné, Pierre Schoeller, Audrey Diwan, but also in the adaptation of Vernon Subutex on Canal Plus.
